The media could not be loaded. It holds a lot of books. Naturally it can be a bit wobbly (side to side not forward backwards) but it seems stable nonetheless. It came with wall stabilizers as well to solve that issue! I just don't have a power drill. Assembly was annoying till I figured out a rhythm. I recommend putting the metal rods in all the sleeves before starting to assemble, makes it go much quicker. I also love that it came with side hooks, very random but appreciated! Came with spare parts too. Next time I move I'm going to assemble it 6 x 3 instead of 3 x 6 so it is more stable. Might definitely buy a second one in the future for the rest of my books, board games and tarot decks!

This is a great item! Surprisingly sturdy with just the little zip-tie anchoring it to the wall. Assembly was pretty simple. I added 11x14" white cardboard sheets for more stability for weight on the shelves. It definitely served my intended purpose, and looks far more expensive than the true price. I bought 3 of the 73"x47" units to stretch the width of my living room accent wall, and they were all assembled and anchored in about an hour. For the record, my son did the assembly, but I could probably have tackled the project on my own. If you are looking for an attractive, reasonably priced wall unit for displaying treasures, I would absolutely suggest these units. I had enough pieces leftover to make 6 cubbies for my laundry room.

This serves its purpose, so I'm happy. I needed extra storage in the closet and preferred something modular to accommodate the existing overhead shelf. It's definitely a bit tedious and time consuming to put together (probably 45+ minutes or so) but overall simple. I bought the 16-grid option since I was planning on needing 15 based on the space, but there is a caveat with the layouts. You will have some extra pieces of each element, but your layout choice may make it seem like you're "short" pieces. The 16-grid version accounts for 4 layouts, so if you deviate, you may run into a problem.It's supporting the heavier things just fine (cast iron pans and woks), so I'm not worried about it giving out. There is an anti-tip kit, but the unit is very stable so I didn't install it. I also didn't bother with the mallet, just placed each connecting section against the ground and pressed until they locked properly. Make sure you get your first row on a flat, even surface to ensure it stays level as you build. Once the bars are in, it's incredibly difficult to get them out, so double check you've put the correct side pieces on.It feels a bit flimsy, but it's certainly not going anywhere. If it was going to be in a visible place, I would have chosen something more aesthetic, but for what it is, this is exactly what I needed..

Pleasantly surprised given the price. Easy to set up, looks nice, sturdy and was able to separate and utilize in different areas of the house. I purchased cubby boxes from Dollar Tree and they fit perfect. High recommend.

They're shelves? And fine?Like, I get it. I paid $38. I didn't expect perfectly designed shelves but my issues are really around the engineering of them. I like that the fabric panels in between the boxes are optional. Pretty much all of the panels other than the ones on the bottom are optional.Thing is, the metal rods are thin, flimsy and in some cases hard to get in place. And if you're unlucky enough to have to remove them because you forgot something or you want to reshape them, they can be pretty hard to remove.Which would be fine if the rods were a little more robust but they aren't. In those situations, you run the risk of bending them and having to bend them back.Once built, when you go to move the shelves the rods can come out of place pretty easy. And if you're moving them with things on them, they can be difficult to put back together.Like I said, they're fine. This is what you get for $35. But they're pretty flimsy. Lucily, I just bought them to organize craft supplies.

I was committed to modernizing my space with new bookcases and this fit the bill splendidly!I was able to assemble the wall of shelves in about 3 hours. I took my time. The directions arevery simple! Be sure to wear glass proof gloves, as the steel is extremely sharp on the edge and cuts like glass! Hence, a major reason why I took my time. I was able to compose my wall of shelves having purchased 3 boxes of 18-cube extra large bookshelves in black. You will notice the tableau I designed in one of the cubes. I am considering adding others... I am VERY PLEASED in how this came out!!! I especially appreciate the CONSIDERABLE SAVINGS given the cost of bookshelves these days...DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

We’re using this to store our board games in our house. It’s perfect for that use.Pros: super lightweight.Lots of storage.Looks nice once put together.Once fully assembled, unit is sturdy which i was actually surprised about.Cons: a pain to put together. Sliding on the material was probably the most time consuming part.The bars themselves are easily damaged since they’re hollow and very lightweight. However, the unit once put together doesn’t show this.The bars are sharp. I got a couple cuts from just picking up/pushing them together.All in all, it’s good for the price!
