The Way to Go!
If you’re doing work on your car, most notably on your brakes, buy a tube of Sil-Glide! It’s silicone-based, which is very important when it comes to the rubber boot material & the caliper sliding pins. Stay away from the ceramic brake parts lubricant - that turns to glue over time & it will damage the rubber material. This can also be used for other purposes than just your car. You can’t go wrong with Sil-Glide!
