NorproDonut/Cookie Cutter

Unfortunately the inner piece to this is a bit taller than this outside, so it cuts the dough for the inside, but not the outside. It really doesn't work as a donut cutter. That said the black nob is very handy when using this as a biscuit cutter.

Very cheap and flimsy made, plus it's not cheap. Would not recommend or buy another one.

Small and flimsy. This is not the same quality of cutter as they used to make. I used to be able to trust the brand name.It required a lot of pressure to cut biscuits using this cutter. It was easier to cut biscuits using a glass. This donut/biscuit cutter was easily bent when trying to cut the donuts. The metal is a little too thin for easy cutting, hence the glass worked better.Forget about donut holes. This doesn't release the centers without a fight. I gave up.The inner part requires a screw driver to attach, the old model did not. This resembles the old fashioned one, but it isn't the same quality or even the exact same style of cutter. It no longer is as functional as the original model.I am saddened by this cutter, I was expecting a better quality from Norpro. I now will distrust the brand. This cutter is going in the recycle bin and I will keep using a glass.

When I got this the screws were too tight the fit the center piece on. I had to loosen them with a screwdriver to get it on. It worked ok for the donuts but the center piece did come off a couple of times while being used, even though I just loosened the screws enough to just barely put it on.

This donut cutter was disappointing. It's too small. When you try to use it with the donut hole attachment, it's impossible to get the batter out. So you have to cut the donut holes separately.I had better luck just cutting donuts with an upside down glass. One option for the donut holes is a plastic cough medicine measuring cup.

The outer circle is excellent and does a good job if you are looking to use this for cookies or biscuits or something of that nature, this is a great product. If you are looking to use this cutter for a donut, the inside ring is tricky to get to stay in place, I wouldn’t buy this to use as a donut cutter.

Bought for donuts. Not used yet. Need to loosen screws to slide donut hole cutter in place. Then tighten. For $7 should be stainless steel. Says cannot be washed in dishwasher. I should have read all the reviews before I purchased. Only 3/4" thick. Going to have to make skinny Donuts.
