Playing for Keeps [DVD] [2012] [2013]

Good movie to watch on a night in.

As usual Gerry gives a great performance and though it was originally meant to be a baseball movie, as he was a producer he had the influence to make it about football instead as he loves it so much. Really enjoyed the emotional element and the tug he has with the decisions he has to make. Great film.

Great DVD, in good condition thankyou...

I bought this mainly because it had Gerard Butler in and it was quite cheap.Not one of his best movies and I personally think he should stick to the his more meatier roles like Law Abiding Citizen, 300, Olympus Has Fallen etc.Its pretty predictable and doesn't tax him too much acting wise. Maybe one to watch when there is nothing else around or on the TV.

Enjoyed this film very much.

I'm a huge Gerard Butler fan, so I'm gonna love anything he's in. Nice story, but a little predictable. Great for curling up on the sofa on a cold night, and not having to think too much.!!

Anyone with a crush on Gerard Butler will love this film, since he's in almost every scene, and looking hot throughout. There are some good cameo roles from Catherine Zeta Jones, Uma Thurman, Judy Greer (who I thinks is brilliant at doing dippy) and Dennis Quaid. If it weren't for the sexual references, this could almost be a Disney movie, as the message is quite sweet.

Prodotto arrivato in pochissimo tempo e in stato Eccellente! Film molto bello.. su un ex calciatore che aspira a diventare commentatore in TV e ha un divorzio in corso..si trova ad allenare la squadra del figlio e conteso dalle mamme degli altri bambini.. scenografia = la provincia americana del Virginia.. e ovviamente se ami il calcio ti piacerà..

Good movie its a sucker game of kids superb movie I like it..

Loved this movie but the DVD stopped and started several times. Not sure if this was the fault of the DVD or my player, but haven't had any previous problems with the player.
