This thing is sturdy as can be and will not move even with the vibrations of my Harley Davidson!! Very secure compared to my last phone mount, and wrapped perfectly around my handle bars.

The instructions say to connect both ball ends at the same time. Mine was completely impossible with the screw all the way out. I struggled for a while before I got a screwdriver to pry with. That didn’t work either. There is a little screw in the knob to tighten it in place. Loosen that screw and the ball mounts will slide right into place. Tighten screw and you’re good to go.Update: hold the phone really well. No movement or shaking. However if using an iPhone with riding gloves, it’s darn near impossible to swipe up. Your finger can’t go far enough on the bottom of the screen to swipe to home page. I had to put the on screen home button on the phone during the trip.

I purchased this mount for my daughter to use on her mountain bike. After initial installation and final adjustments were made and all bolts were tightened, her phone was more secure than ever imagined. She is able to take videos using this, which thanks to the rubber dampeners, turn out well with very little vibration. Her phone had never fell out, even when she is bouncing over rocks and jumping ramps! Trust me, buy it.

Pleased with everything from the packaging on. Your phone will not fall out of this thing. Vibration dampening works great too. My Road King really shakes at idle but the phone stays pretty calm.

This thing is heavy duty and extremely well built. Locks on so it can't be stolen without tools. Works great.

The description says it will fit 32mm handlebars. That is false. My bars are 31.4mm and the bracket is too small to fit around the bars. Reached out to the company and they said they would look into it but have yet to do any thing.
