He normally shreds them up straight away especially if theres a squeaker inside (seems to be a favourite hobby of his haha) but thus far he has not destroyed the toy, seems to be having enough fun messing around with it.Love the vibrant colour and the design, of which I think my dog enjoys chewing on the individual tentacles.It never gets old watching his little face light up when a new toy is given to him and they deffo prevent boredom. The quality of the fabric is soft and feels durable for smaller dogs or those not interested in chewing. I'm very confident that this toy will not last more than a few days but that being said this toy does the job and your dog will have hours of entertainment playing with its unique design/shape.Note: my only critique is that the material is unlikely to be very durable so this design with more robust material would be a winner for sure.

Wouldn't think this is any good for chewers but it looks good and feels soft,if your dog likes soft things like mine they will love it,the legs are spiralled round and it has a cute face

The media could not be loaded.  Our spaniel cross loves this little octopus, it’s the perfect size for him to be throwing about. The springy set up of the arms especially make it fun for him to shake about as it bounces around more than the rope or fabric versions. We haven’t had anything rip or come loose yet but it does feel like a standard plush toy, so if you did have a dog that would be likely to heavily chew it then I’m not sure how long it would last. So far though, despite him normally being a destroyer, he’s been happy just throwing it about.

The dog toy itself was fine but looking at the reviews thought this might be a toy my dog wouldn't destroy, unfortunately got it, gave her it and my fears we're confirmed, within 5 minutes she'd ripped it's legs off, for a puppy yes but for my dog no hope.

We have a small(ish) 9KG dog and this toy is a perfect size for her. As soon as it was offered to her it was grabbed and has been tested to the maximum ever since as it's her favourite toy at the moment. The material is tough and hasn't shown any signs of wear or any tears after several weeks of serious abuse and rough play. She loves to play tug of war with anyone she can and the octopus legs are great for stretching out when playing like this. The inbuilt squeaker also keeps her attention and she gets loads of fun whether playing or simply chewing. Highly recommended.

my dog has been one for destroying all her toys but this one for some reason has survived! everything is so far still intact so i am very surprised at how well it's done! it's clearly very well made and my doggo loves it!
