Could this hold weight of something sat on top of it??

I have placed a 5kg stone on top of mine with no problems at all. Difficult to say how much it may take but because it’s on a base it may be less able than if the acrylic was in direct contact with a larger surface.

Is this suitable for outdoors?

I dont see why not the material is waterproof but you would need to seal it up because its not like an air tight box. Maybe a bead of silicone running around the bottom.

If I was to remove the base and turn it upside down would this be water tight? Is the Perspex made of one peice

It does come complete but it is still 4 sides and a top glued together. It’s NOT 1 complete 5 sided moulded cube with a base.
