Matter of love and hate
When I was applying this product I was amazed at how easy it was to apply. No problems yet!! As the process progressed I was so thrilled that it was beautiful with no flaws, however, I did lightly sand between coats with very fine grain sandpaper so there would be no bumps. This is the love part!! I would rate a 5 star. It was beautiful!! Now for the hate part!! When the time came for the epoxy, I was surprised there were no instructions, except to say the ratio of epoxy to resin. There were no hints, no do's or don'ts, no suggestions of any kind, just pour it on the counter, spread it out, and let it dry for 24 hours. That was a 5 days ago and it is a sticky, wet mess. I know the ratio was correct because I double-checked it many times. I got online to find out what I can do and now I know there are many rules to follow, such as the room should not be too cool because the epoxy won't dry. There was an AC vent over each vanity that I could have closed had I known this little tidbit of info!! I searched for what I could do to correct the problem but nothing worked. Now I am stuck with vanites that are, in places, down to the original countertop and can think of nothing to do but have new countertops put in. I'm waiting for the company to reply to my complaint. If anyone knows of a remedy, please let me know. To my surprise, I have received a message saying they will refund my money. They were very nice and apologized for the problem. So folks, I would highly recommend this product. The results are beautiful but just remember to not have your room too cool. My ac was set at 72 degrees and there was a vent right over the countertop so it was not possible for the epoxy to cure. Make certain the room is warm.

A lot of work but looks good
The process is time consuming so plan on a full day plus 24 hr cure time. My only negative about the contents was the epoxy stage using foam brushes. The epoxy basically eats them so plan to have some extra on hand to do the job. I used a total of 4. Overall pleased with how it looks and much cheaper than replacing topsAlso I found using a small foam brush to get to tight spots and then stamping with the sponge did a better job than trying to just cover with the sponge

Product description legit.
Cost value for first try. Haven't used it yet, but know it will be a 10.

Highly recommended
I bought to redo my kitchen cabinets, tried on my bathroom cabinets first because I wanted to see how it looked first Easy to use. I had plenty of product. I do recommend that you take tape off wall before the epoxy coat dries. And also check after about half hour to make sure no runs on sides

Rock hard.
When we got this to paint our counter tops we were quite busy so we put it up. Being a sunny day we got all of our things together and we were so excited. Done with step 1-paint counter black. I think it was at step 3 that we realized all of the top coat/acrylic is hard as a rock. The bottles still have their original seal on them. I can’t find customer service so this is where I’m at. We thought 2 of these and they aren’t cheap. Now we have to try and figure out what to use when we get to that point. I guarantee it won’t be from here.

Give It Time
I liked that this kit came with resin versus a top coat like other kits. I was first disappointed that the paint roller included was nothing more than a dollar tree item; however, it didn't matter because the other steps cover up what the roller missed.I was not liking it with the paint A but as I proceeded with B and C it was looking much better. So wait til the end to judge. The instructions were lacking so I did have to sand down my first attempt using the resin. With the second try I let it sit for 5 minutes before pouring it on the counter. I also waited about 45 minutes before pouring over the edge of the counter so it wasn't so runny.I am satisfied with the final result.
