I have been wanting to replace my huge wooden canopy bed for a long time. I wanted to downsize to a simple metal frame platform bed. I found this one among the others I looked it. The reviews on this one were above average. I have a home built in 1916 so I knew it would fit the style. All the pieces were there, no damage. Took me an a friend about an hour to put together, but it was relatively simple to do. I love it. Very sturdy, does not squeak or move. I chose to not use a box spring. Don't need one. Ample space for storage below. It's beautiful. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I got the queen size.

It's a beautiful understated design that's not too much but just enough. Easy to put together and looks good. I built it around d my adjustable base. But now I'm thinking of getting rid of it. Makes too much noise. Great value wellman and impressive.

The frame is easily put together and requires no foundation mattress. I have a 12" mattress on the frame and it's perfect! Once assembled, the metal frame is sturdy and tight. No squeaky joints, no shaking frame. I love the old fashioned look without the old fashioned price! Would definitely buy again for a second bedroom..if I had one! And would highly recommend to a friend.

Super easy to put together definitely needs two people, so much storage underneath a mattress unfortunately slides back-and-forth, but there is no squeaking or movement of bed frame. It is a very solid..

It's a good looking bed for sure. I opted to get this because the foundation/boxspring for my new mattress was more expensive than this bed and I still would've needed a bed frame to put it on. It arrived on time. The box was pretty beat up and some of the pieces inside were dented and dinged, a few scratches and so on. I am using it in a guest room that doesn't get used that often so I opted to just deal with it. I hate paying full price and have to "deal" with the damage, but it seems to be the norm these days. It was easy to put together, my special needs child did most of it. Two of the extra support legs are a bit tweaked and don't stand exactly straight, but again, I will deal with it. Across the head board and the foot board are two adhesive strips which I have no idea what they for. It doesn't acknowledge them in the directions or in the description online. Overall, as I stated, its a good looking bed for the money. Expect a few dings and you won't be disappointed.

Product was as expected. Easy to put together with a helper. All the pieces were labeled well with stickers and all screws and washers in clearly marked pack. I have been sleeping in it for several weeks and it doesn't squeak or move around. I don't have a high/thick mattress and find it to be comfortable.Directions are easy to ready and understand, also in several languages. I followed the directions andade sure all the pieces were there before beginning the process of putting it together. Separating the pieces by letter helped with the swiftness of assembling the bed frame. It looks vintage which is the look I really wanted.Only negative is that the stickers are difficult to remove off the metal frame.

with ordering anything online i always jump to the conclusion that it will "feel" cheap (ie: poor quality , not sturdy , poor material etc) and this bed frame blew me out of the water!! not only is it incredibly sturdy & high quality but it's actually the BEST bed frame i have ever had. it fits my 12 inch mattes perfectly, came with easy instructions , took maybe 30 minutes to set up & included all the tools for setup!! I will NEVER buy another POS from ikea again!! This is the BOMB and i am so happy with my choice in ordering this. also for a metal bed frame i expected a lot of creaking as i moved around in bed , i also have a dog who jumps up and i expected the entire thing to groan and creak under us but it doesn't budge!! and no noise at all!! so if you have roommates ... or maybe someone who shares a bed with you.. this is still a fabulous option! No noise no problem!
