Initially, the pillow needed to be fluffed out, and seemed small, but after use it is actually quite comfortable and helpful. Helps you sit up straighter in chair, and provides good lumbar support. Designed well

As you can see by the pictures, this pillow is not as pictured and described. The condition is horrible and it was supposed to be dark blue on front and back. Obviously, it is not. The fill inside is chunky pieces of foam that don't fill it properly. I'm not sure why some are satisfied with their purchase. The only thing I can imagine is that maybe they have different suppliers for the same product.

I like the compact size and the color is as pictured...however, it's much too soft to offer any real lumbar support.

This pillow is exactly what I needed to put behind my back. I have tried others, at various times, that never fit quite right. I would recommend this to anybody who needs some cushioning between them and the chair, booth, pew, et al.
