Love the fountain! Instructions were poor but it’s pretty straightforward setting it up. There are some tricks to it, however. The photo of the mister on the box is slightly different than the one you receive. (photo on the box has a cone piece in the center) I thought mine was missing that piece. I also had issues getting it to work.The fountain itself only requires water to submerge the pump to work, but when you place the mister in the circular area where it seats, the water level is too low for it to work. The lights will just keep flashing with no mist. I thought it was a defect and mentioned to the seller that it could be the missing cone piece, and he offered to ship me a replacement fountain; but then common sense kicked in. You have to raise the water level even more to submerge the top spout of the mister. After I figured out it was a user error on my part, I notified him that a replacement wasn’t necessary, but he insisted! Great customer service!With that said, if you want to turn off the mister and simply run the fountain only, you need to remove some of the water; otherwise it will flood out of the back.It does make a mess, so I bought an 18”x24” kitchen dish drying mat to put under it.Great product, and hopefully these tricks will help others.

First off, if it wasn’t for the seller’s a outstanding customer service skills I wouldn’t be writing this review. He sent my item on time, on the scheduled day. I tracked it every day until USPS stated they delivered the item and I never received it. Long story short the item was lost. I contacted the seller to let him know my item was lost, he right away replied with “Don’t worry I’ll be sending you another one” I didn’t even need another one! I just wanted him to help me Track it! recived this item today and it is beautiful! Calming, relaxing and not big at all. Thank youuu seller! You are amazing. Of course I’ll be using your services again!

I absolutely love my fountain, and it is very relaxing. The only thing I’m not too happy about is that the fountain itself on the table it’s sitting on, gets absolutely saturated due to the vapor, but I wouldn’t change it because the vapor is what makes it absolutely amazing! Great job!!

I was looking for a waterfall to put in my bedroom to help me relax at night. This has the perfect water sound. It's not too loud and not too quiet. I really like the mister too. The plants on the waterfall look pretty good, in my opinion, for being fake. I would buy this waterfall again, and I recommend it if you're looking for the perfect waterfall to put in your room for some peace!

Nice fountai, love the little fogging mist mechanism. My only gripe it splashes all over the place and leaves a big puddle of water while being used. I think the water bacon where it holds the fogging machine should be deeper to help aleciate that.

Good looking item. Works as described.But reservoir is not deep enough and it ends up splashing water out and makes a mess around whatever it is sitting on.

I hate to say it because I love the design of the fountain, but it really looks cheap. The water wheel was being held down with what lookd like to be hot glue.
