Yes, Halo Mega construx building bricks work with Mecha Frame and both have the same stud size. While the MyBuild cockpit fits best with a mini figure, you might need to customize the cockpit to fit Halo figures. We've seen someone's wok online a MyBuild Mecha modified for Mega Construx Micro-figures. Looks pretty cool.
