I assembled these in one long row and placed in my rec room/ ZOOM studio. Snow every time I “go to work,” I dance through this little obstacle course. Aging requires we work harder just to maintain muscle mass, strength, bone density and balance.

Like others have mentioned, these GHB agility rings are great tools for any athlete or coach.They are straightforward in their assembly. They are versatile in their use. You can use them like an agility ladder, but you can vary the pattern of how you put them together. You can create hurdles out of them. Overall, that's the great part about these.Now, the issues: Given what these are made for, it is inevitable that these agility hexes will be stepped on. The creators would know that and you would have hoped that they would account for that. However, the plastic pieces are relatively easy to break, even during assembly. That said, as long as you / your athletes careful, these should last for a good while.Lastly, once you put them together, they're not going to fit back into the bag they came in. After they're assembled, you probably don't want to take them back part and re-assemble over and over. So after assembly, you'll need to use the velcro strap that comes along to hold them together when you fold the hexes back up for storage. The strap allows for easy transportation and storage and holds them together.

My daughter plays softball and I picked up this to help with speed/agility drills. They worked perfectly, are durable and come in a nice bag to store them in when we aren't using them. If you paly sports and you are working on footwork drills then these should be on your list!

I really like the idea behind these multi-use hexes. One of them broke after the second use, though. These are used for footwork and agility, so of course they may get stepped on. Disappointed that it broke so easily--hopefully this gets stronger material.

My daughter is crazy for volleyball and always training for the next big tournaments. She also coaches little league and wanted this set agility rings for training and for coaching. She likes that they are more than just rings, they can be set up as hurdles and different lay outs to switch up work outs.The set arrived in great condition, and have a handy bag for storage when not using. This comes in handy for travel too. They are plastic but a hard plastic of good quality. I am sure we will be ordering more soon. So much better than having her on her phone!!!I will buy again and recommend this ring set.

It broke on 1st use… you would think it should be a durable product considering what it’s being used for. The clips broke when used for softball related drills for a 9 yo.

Great price!Longer than expected & appears to be quite sturdy.I took it to a boot camp for everyone to use as part of the circuits and the trainer thought it was excellent!My classmates loved it too...It can be used for lots of different exercises -(not just agility drills )including a plank walk...Not been able to use it much since as had an injury but can't wait to try it out with more exercises once recovered!
