I use this for my diva cups. I don’t think this would you purchase for me it didn’t feel very comfortable using it even with the lube that came with it. I may use it from time to time, but not a product I would buy again. Plus, it’s not something I will always carry with me just to use with my Diva cup.

Not sold on it yet
I purchased because I have a hard time getting my period cups inserted properly and hoped this would help. The idea is there and maybe there's a learning curb to it that I haven't mastered yet. I was able to get the cup in great the first time but after the first time it won't insert correctly, so it may be user error. The product itself is nice. The material is not super hard feeling and is very easy to clean afterwards. The lube that comes with it works great and rinses off easily.

Makes using cup so easy
I’ve always struggled to get the cup in just right. This makes it fool proof.

Not the most easy device to use
Received the product when it was that time of the month. Lubricated the device and menstrual cup, tried to insert, and had the hardest time ever. The device needs a lot of lubrication just to use the two pieces. And then it wouldn’t put the cup all the way in. It would only come out of the device half way. I would not recommend this brand. To time consuming and not effective.

Please read all instructions before use!
I have been using menstrual cups for a few months now and generally have the hang of using them, but saw this was from the same brand as the cups I have and thought to use this for easy insertion. Let me just say, in no way does this applicator simplify things. There are many steps involved, and it is really easy to hurt yourself using this applicator especially if you do not know whether you have a high or low-lying cervix. So please be VERY careful when using this product. The way it works is a lot like tampons with an applicator included, but there is a HUGE difference. That is, with tampons you will usually fully insert the applicator portion and then use the internal bit to push the tampon in place. With this cup applicator, this is NOT the case!!! It is designed to accommodate any length, but the cup should not go too deep. In fact, when in place, the stopper of the cup should be out a little bit, or just below the surface where you can easily grab it. If you get it in too deep, it will be much more difficult removing it and it will be a painful process.Never fully insert, even if it looks that way. All you need to do is use the included lube and do 1 or 2 pumps in the applicator tube, then fold the cup you are going to use, force it into the applicator, then use the other tool to push it until the cup is just below the tip of the applicator. Then, you insert, but only just barely. You really are just using the applicator to do the pushing instead of doing it manually, so it does not even really need to be that deep. Then, slowly use the applicator to push the cup in, and make sure when you are pulling out the applicator that the cup does not come out with it. At this point you will have to make sure the cup has unfolded completely. Simply manually sweep a finger along the bottom of the cup. If you feel any folds, you can try grasping the bottom of the cup and rotating it clockwise or counterclockwise. This will sometimes get the cup to pop into place properly. After that, you are done, but if there is too much of a mess afterwards you may need to reapply so that you don't have any leaks later. This product does not ensure that your cup is leakproof. You can and will leak regardless if you do it manually or use this tool. It's very important to know your body and understand what depth is needed, how much lube is needed, etc. so that you can have a proper installation. All it takes is practice. As someone who has recently started using cups, I can guarantee that you will get it, and I promise that doing it manually is so much easier because there's much less to clean up afterwards, but if you are nervous or unsure, I think this product can help first time users get a feel for how cups work.
