My son and his wife just lost one of their German Shepherds that passed unexpectedly. I wanted to do something special for them to remember the dog by and came upon this item on Amazon. I uploaded a picture of him and what I wanted it to say below it and sent the order off. It said that it was going to be delivered the next day, but I was thinking yeah right that's not going to happen with something that's custom made. Needless to say I was surprised that a few hours later I received tracking notification from FedEx. The next morning the item was delivered and it was less than 24 hours from the time I submitted the order. That is just amazing customer service to get something that is custom-made created and then shipped in that amount of time. The quality of the crystal is amazing. The image is 3D and is so detailed it's almost like the dog is sitting inside. There is so much detail that even little individual hairs can be seen on him. It was packed in a beautiful presentation case so no need to even wrap it or anything. Later that evening after I received it I gave it to my son and his wife and they were so impressed by it, the quality of the image the weight of the crystal, the packaging, just everything about it. This will be a centerpiece in their living room in remembrance of their pup that passed way too soon. Thanks to the seller such a quality item and fast turnaround time, you rarely see things like that these days. Sorry for the glare on the one photo, I couldn't get a clear shot with my phone, I kept catching reflection.

A 2D rendering can never replicate the 3D experience. This object is remarkable. I purchased the large size with the 3D rendering of the main subject and a 2D background. I thought the price was kind of high. When it arrived however it is 100% worth it. It’s as heavy as a piece of lead , comes in an awesome presentation box and it obviously had been professionally edited to make a truly remarkable Mother’s Day gift .

I bought it as a gift for my friend who had just lost a pet, and she absolutely loved it! This is a great gift if you are looking to do something besides flowers or a card.
