Easy to assemble. Most ppl use it as exhaust. I decided to try it outside-blowing-in for cooler, filtered air being introduced then dispersed by the multiple desk fans that circle the tent for the humidifier and airflow.The adjustment switch is separate unit(plug), it's cool.Value- all the way there.Performance- as expected, powerfulNoise- relatively quiet fit the amount of air it moves. I have mine mounted to a board, the carbon filter fitted and held in place by 2 screws, one on each end, with 4 rubber feet under the board keeping raised of the floor and limiting any vibration to non-existentAirflow- fantasticOverall quality is very good, provided the longevity is what i expect it will be. 👍 👍Ideas: include a circular cap with vent for the end of the house to direct air- plastic, same dia., secure able with hose clamp

The speed controller Works great.The fan isvery quiet. Best value out there. The filter works great but... Installation can be challeng if you're not handy. Be sure you have zip ties and duct tape. And I recommend buying the rubber coupler to go-between the filter and the fan.
