You should call the company directly to see if they can send you one or if you can purchase one at cost. You could probably also look at Home Depot, other tent companies with a similar model, or Etsy.

Q: what are shipping dimensions of the package?

I don't remember exact dimensions but I would say the box was approx. 4 feet long, 7 inches wide and about 8-10 inches high. it was a rectangular shape and reminded me of a box an outdoor umbrella would be shipped in.
