I purchased this to replace my first robot vacuum that was over 6 years old and starting to struggle.I did a lot of research before deciding on this unit and I could not be happier.It's far from the cheapest robot on the market but the results are stunning..It was super easy to setup and the quick room learning is a great feature.Battery life is excellent, it cleans and mops the whole of the downstairs of my house in about an hour and 20 minutes and by the time it is done it is not even down to 50% charge. The suction performance is good too, it has not missed anything it comes to be that hair, fluff, dirt or anything else. Yet it is reasonable quiet, We sleep with the bedroom door open and it lives at the bottom of the stairs, yet it does not wake us even when it does it's periodic mop cleaning cycle or dust emptying.~My old robot self emptied the dust but this one fills itself with clean water and cleans and holds the dirty water too. To just have to empty the dirty water tank and fill the clean water tank once a week is a breeze, and we have it mop every day.. Our floors have never been so clean..

We purchased the Roborock in December 2023, and it has continued to perform exceptionally well. My partner and I were looking for a device that could vacuum and mop simultaneously, especially for days when we were too busy to clean the floors ourselves.While the noise level is noticeable, it is quieter than a traditional vacuum cleaner. The suction power is impressive, and it allows you to adjust the intensity based on your needs. You can also set it to do either one or two cleaning passes, which adds flexibility depending on how thorough you want the clean to be.One of the standout features is the ability to select specific rooms or sections of your home to clean, which is especially useful if you do not want it running through the entire house.Regarding the mopping function, it is helpful for maintaining cleanliness and removing surface-level dirt. However, it does not completely replace manual mopping. I have noticed that when I mop manually, the water still turns slightly grey, indicating that the Roborock does not always lift all the deeper grime. That said, it significantly reduces the need for frequent manual mopping and keeps floors looking presentable in the meantime.Overall, the Roborock has been a valuable addition to our household and has made day to day floor maintenance much more convenient!

Initially, the vacuum cleaner/mop worked well, the concept is good and it worked as expected. We could not connect via wifi which was an issue, but it operated as expected. However, after 4 weeks it flagged up with an error relating to the laser/finder and cut out after a few minutes use. Roborock couldnt seem to help remotely, and it is now being sent back for full refund. We have had to pay £18 shipping which we will be claiming back too. Overall, although the concept is good and it appears to work to start with, we are likely to try another brand. We doubt this machine has the sturdiness to actually last any reasonable length of time. It is a big investment and we would expect many years of reliable use. Be very careful and consider that if you do purchase this vacuum, you will likely have issues with it.OK - 3.9.24 - I am updating this review. We had a replacement machine from Roborock and this has performed much better. So far, after months of use now, this replacement is working as expected. It cleans well, and we are saving time. I still haven't managed to get it linked to my phone, but I will try again imminently. It seems that the first unit we had was a rogue/faulty machine, as so far we have not had the same issues with the second machine.Hence I have updated my review to 5 stars for now, we'll continue to see how this goes. But in summary - this is saving us a lot of time and effort, and keeps our floors looking clean. Very good.29.10.24 - sadly our Roborock has failed, it has started leaking water every time it does its clean up. We have tried to see if there is any debris or anything causing this, and have cleaned it out, but no joy. Amazon have collected this now and we await our refund, we will have to look at other options going forward. A good concept, but keeps failing.

I love this, we use everyday and it keeps the floors clean.Don’t expect to put it on a fully ground in dirty floors and they will be perfectly clean afterwards. But keeping relatively clean floors clean by daily mopping it works a treat.Seems like a lot of money but given it usefulness and you can program schedules or set if going from work, or recently on our holiday means you come back to a clean house…..one less chore…just remember to leave the doors open
