I was kind of skeptical of this little book but it's all there. All the info to pass the ITIL 4 Foundation exam.I took a course on coursera and watched the videos on myaxelos (very good) and used this book as one would use flash cards. A+

by far the best revision guide I have read to prepare for the exam. It targets all the key concepts in a simple bullet form list, and vocabulary deffinations.

Great primer for the ITIL 4 Foundations exam. I used it with the sample exams purchased from Udemy to self study for the exam and passed it 1st try with a 90%! Be sure to use current sample exam packets such as "Updated 2021" or even 2020. This book covered all the topics found on the exams.

I appreciate the bonuse material available such as pocket guide, practice test, and other material at the company's website. I feel confident that I will pass the exam.

It did not cover my spectatives. I expected something more complete.

A very simple and clear summary of the ITIL V4 basics and principles. I'd been though the course over a year ago but lockdowns, various work and health issues meant I'd missed the exam. Bought this just a few days before, read through it 3 or 4 times. Passed the exam.
