I bought 2 of these for Christmas for my sons 3 cats. They love the lights and the fact that they can touch them and they move on their own--something to chase!

So I just purchased this and got it last night (1/8/2024) . I opened the box this morning and impressed the power button and it doesn’t turn on . I have no colors or any thing that indicates that the ball is on. I have been charging since 5am this morning (1/9/2024) and it’s currently 8:30am. Not sure what to do but I’m definitely going to be sending this back. I’d advise not to purchase this, seems like it’s a gamble whether you get a good working product or not.Also my ball didn’t even come with a charger.

Cat does not stay interested in it, it does not bounce around the room like it says it does, shuts off after so long even when cat is playing with it.

EDIT: the seller made this right so I no longer have cause for complaint.The cats didn't like it much anyway. Then it just stopped taking a charge at all.

They will seek it out to play. One of their favorite toys.

My sister’s cat seems to enjoy it. Many sellers with this product but this seller had the best price at time of purchase. However, I did order two and only received one: leaving my girlfriend’s cat disappointed. Decent battery life.

At first she didn’t know what to do, then it took off and it was game on.
