The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to replace an old, beat up faucet. The new faucet was packaged very well—lots of padding to protect everything.Instructions were extremely easy to follow (if you’ve installed a faucet before, there is nothing different about this one).The weight for the pull-down hose is very heavy and does a good job at retracting the hose.The faucet swings easily from side to side and the sprayer function works well.My ONLY complaint about this faucet is the plastic switch for the sprayer is a very cheap plastic. It seems like it will break very easily if you aren’t careful. Other than that, the rest of the faucet is incredibly high quality and sturdy.For the price, this was beyond worth it.

Beautiful, easy to install, the no touch feature works perfectly, sturdy, the dark color had no scratches nor dents. The price and quality beat all competitors. As a remodeler I highly recommend this product.

We like that it has good range of motion for our 2 bowl side-by-side kitchen sink w/o a long retractable main supply hose failing from wear-and-tear. Toggle finger lever nozzle for full or spray water flow works well. We luv the spiral spring gooseneck's design is smart, practical, functions well and the nozzle detaches, reataches and is elegant in its simplicity & ease of use.The bonus is that ours came with a silver webbed hose that matches the finish color of the brushed stainless steel spring & faucet hardware vs the black or dark grey hose offered.The manual on/off lever operates easily and smoothly.If your water supply line connection to the faucet is 1/2" or more plan on buying the appropriate 3/8" to 1/2" or more adapter that has the right female/male combination to alow the faucet's 3/8" female connector to attach to your supply shut-off/turn-on valve. Mine was easy, because my supply valves had a 3/8" male threaded nipple that fit the faucet's 3/8" female threaded connector:-) See lncluded photo of adapters that came by email from the vendor after I submitted the faucet order.

Easy to install. Looks good and works great. The materials are cheap -- the nozzle is plastic and the water supply lines are cheap and liable to kinking during installation. The under-sink nut that holds the faucet in place is part of the reason this faucet is so easy to install. The treads are brass set in a large plastic handle that makes it possible to fix the faucet to the sink without tools. The problem (if it is a problem) is that you can only hand-tighten the nut. So the faucet is likely to wobble just a tad. (Note that a crescent or box-end wrench is required to attach the water supply hoses to the shut off valves.)

There was NOTHING I didn't love about this amazing faucet and dish rack set!!! First of all it’s so nice! It adds so much elegance to my kitchen!!! I get nonstop compliments on this fixture set! I wanted to post my review sooner but decided to wait a lot longer to ensure I post an honest review. The highlight for me is it’s durable, easy to clean and install, and super convenient to set up and use! The price was super affordable and it will upgrade ANY KITCHEN so if you're thinking about buying it please do and YOU WON’T REGRET THIS PURCHASE🤗😍🥰😌

The faucet that came with my AO Smith under-counter filtration system is cheap junk and failed quickly. This faucet, although inexpensive. works great. Installation was a breeze (relatively speaking, as all plumbing work under the kitchen sink is a bit of a pain), everything fit well, and it operates nicely. It just feels solid and smooth. I would recommend this faucet to friends and family for their filtration systems.

Had this faucet for over a year. Easy install and works exactly as expected. Temperature and water presser are great and the look is perfect as we upgrade our kitchen.We had an issue with the hose and nozzle not resetting and reached out to customer support. They were quick to respond and Not only did they offer multiple tutorials to troubleshoot the issue, but offered a replacement right away. Luckily, their troubleshooting was correct and we did not require the replacement.

The media could not be loaded.  The material is such a smooth matte black and it is a perfect size for my kitchen. Yes it does have a bit of higher pressure water but you can easily just lower it on the handle to come out less. It looks sooo clean as you can see. Looks so modern and high quality. Very easy to assemble as well!! I ended up also buying the soap dispenser where that old spray was at. Which I installed a few days after this purchase and was also super easy to install. Very price friendly.

El grifo luce como en las fotos, no sé que tanto vaya a durar, le pongo 5 estrellas debido al servicio al cliente que obtuve; debe considerarse que este grifo viene con magueras para llaves angulares de 3/8".Normalmente en México las llaves angulares son de 1/2" , si es plomeria nueva debes comprar llaves angulares de 3/8" que sí existen ; pero en caso de que sea un reemplazo del grifo debes revisar que llave angular tienes. Yo tenia de 1/2 contacte al proveedor y me envió los adaptadores del 1/2 a 3/8. Dichos adaptadores los puedes encontrar aquí mismo en Amazon.

This has quality I didn't expect. The finish on the faucet is smooth with no imperfections, and surprisingly light weight. Installation is easy and straightforward. Once installed the operation of the handle is smooth and easy to open with a light touch. The stream or spray function is easily switched with the button. No leaks, no issues, easy install.

10/10. Una de las mejores compras que he hecho, lo único "malo" es que las mangueras no vienen diseñadas para las llaves comunes y le tienes que comprar un adaptador de 1/2 x 3/8, basta con ir a Home Depot y listo.

This faucet is extremely easy to install. Very sturdy and convenient. Its a must have in your kitchen. I ordered the brushed black faucet and I am extremely pleased with it. Other faucets like this with a "Big Name Brand" will cost you $200-$300 and they are all made in the same factory in china. Don't buy a name buy a faucet!
