I get thirsty when I’m dancing. I fill this with water, and I’m able to shove it in my Lululemon belt bag. So far, it’s been really sturdy, and I’ve had no leaks. I look absolutely silly with this on the dance floor, but I don’t care because I’m not trying to dance with a can of water in my hand all night. I like how it shrinks as I drink it. Also, like that it’s super compact when it’s empty, which is how I bring it into venues. I would like it to keep my water colder for longer, but you can’t have everything. 5 stars for quenching my thirst on the dance floor.

The media could not be loaded. Exactly what I need for high-value training reward. Just enough resistance to keep the nut butter from spilling out all over, but not too much resistance making it hard to squeeze. It would be perfect for commercial or homemade protein gels or pastes. With it closed I squeezed it with an average amount of pressure. Lid didn't leak, and the snap cap stayed closed. I'll be storing it in a hard container to keep my dog from going after it, but I suspect it isn't necessary when packing it up for a race or hiking.

Works very well for reusable gels --- easy to refill and everything. Only thing is that it is a bit big so unless you are riding a century or at least 50+ miles, its a bit inconvenient to squeeze everything out so gel still gets wasted. Aside from that, works well. Does not affect taste, I like the regulations. Nozzle good for gels!!!

Lightweight, well designed, helps to save space and time, cuz you don't need to bring a lot of gels just this single pouch filled with all the nutrition you need, plus will help you save money in the long time, if you make your own gels or nutrition is the perfect pouch to bring it, easy to use, the nozzle has a great quality and can be opened one handed making it super functional. Get a couple of them for long endurance races or triathlon races, that way you can refuel pretty fast.

This has been a great alternative to opening up gels individually during a race. Now I put them all in there at once and roughly measure out portions as I go. Easier than tearing apart gels while running. I only need one for my half and room to spare. No issues with lid or leaking. Easy to clean.

Very pleased with this flask. Mouth is big enough to make filling easy and lid is completely leak-proof. I’m using this for homemade gels and it holds about 6 servings of around 35g each. Seems plenty durable and great for this purpose.

I love this flask but it only lasted 4 months before it got a hole in it. Huge bummer.

I loved the concept of this flask being a good size to be in my purse. Only when you open the flask it has water in the cap that spills on you and your purse. Other than the cap leak, the bottle is very durable and of good quality.
