Weatherproof Universal Fleece Footmuff (Black Outer / Dark Grey Inner)

After hours of footmuff research and reading hundreds of [unclear] product descriptions and [contradictory] reviews, I thought I'd save all the parents the hassle with this one!This universal footmuff has plenty of slits to accommodate pretty much any pushchair, including a 5 point system (mine is the Mountain Buggy Nano). It's a good length--slightly longer than the pushchair seat so that it rests perfectly on foot rest above the front wheels. Ignore the contradicting reviews about whether this will accommodate a 2 year old or a 4 year old and on and on--this will easily accommodate your child as long as your child still fits in the pushchair. I expect this to last several winters and multiple children, easily!This footmuff is made of strong, weather-resistant material and it has a grip texture covering the back. The thickness is like a duvet or sleeping bag and the fleece lining is really soft (it doesn't feel cheap at all). There is a fabric flap at the top with ties to fasten onto your pushchair, which work together with the straps of your pushchair and the grips on the back to keep it securely in place. It has a drawstring hood and a flap over the zipper to keep the wind out (the zipper flap also has a thin reflecting detail down the front for extra visibility in darker conditions). There is a bootzip that can be unzipped all the way around, but not removed completely--at first I was disappointed with this, but now think actually you wouldn't necessarily want to be out and about with a bootzip to have to store somewhere when you can unzip it and tuck it under their legs or into the bottom of the pushchair without worrying about losing it! The fleece lining stops above the bootzip so that shoes only touch fabric that can be wiped clean and not stained. The top of this footmuff does not zip off to create a liner for the pushchair--it's just a footmuff--which I personally would expect because I would want to remove any bulk from the pushchair once the weather warms up and I'd buy a liner if I wanted a liner when the footmuff isn't in use.I wanted a good quality footmuff that ticked all the boxes without costing a fortune, which is a tall order, but I was determined and here it is--I highly recommend this one!

Searched high and low for a footmuff that was long enough for my tall 2 year old that would fit nicely on my mountain buggy nano. This was perfect! So glad I made this purchase. I’ve had this for a week now and my child is nice and snug in this cold weather and it’s also waterproof. The bottom foot part is also detachable with a 2 way zip going right round. It will last for at least another year and a half before she outgrows it. Highly recommend!

My 2 year old is very tall for his age and outgrew the footmuff I bought with his pushchair ages ago. He still needed to have a footmuff because he was getting colds that lasted 1-2 months so I had to search high and low for something that would be long enough for him and this is perfect. He's got plenty of room in this footmuff and he's as tall, if not taller, than the average 3 year old so this would last a long time for anyone! The inside is so soft and warm that there's no risk of him getting a chill. He won't sit in his pushchair without it.

This footmuff is so warm and cosy, and very practical. It fits our Uppababy Vista. It opens down the middle, which I find much easier to use than a side closure, as was our last one. I love the zip around the bottom so you can keep muddy shoes out of it. It's a great size too, as our very tall 22 month old still has room in it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This footmuff is more like a sleeping bag! I have an uppa baby vista pushchair and this footmuff does fit the strap system but it is so long it makes it difficult to fold the pushchair up. I have kept the product though and we use it every day, it is very cosy and thick so I think it is value for money (especially since there is no way she will ever get too big for it). It is great for the cold winter months.

Purchased for my very tall toddler - footmuff is long and roomy enough to ensure he is warm and covered. Love the fact you have the option to zip off the bottom for muddy shoes or zip back up for warmth once shoes are off. Water resistant material makes it perfect for British weather. 7 point harness slots are great for keeping the footmuff in place. Would highly recommend the product.

I’d been searching for ages for a decent LONG footmuff for my huge one year old and our baby jogger city mini. This one is brilliant. Loads of leg room. I love the central zip. And it’s so warm!

The quality is good but it doesn't fit properly with McLraen chairs so we ended up using another one
