Virgin Cork Bark Flat - Extra Large

Very good product. It is definitely worth your money. It is very thick and authentic. It is definitely real virgin cork. It shipped and arrived very quickly. Packaging was okay, though it was not very well padded. I read the reviews, and I got very lucky with the product that I received, because it is a gamble with buying cork online. I am using this in a bioactive vivarium, so I am very happy that mine came with a large entrance on either side along with a side hole that my lizard could enter through. I got a very big piece, at least 14 inches long. If using in an aquarium, you should boil/soak first. Will definitely order again.

Very nice piece of cork bark. Size as advertised. Came in a sealed bag. Working great in my bearded dragon enclosure for them to bask on under their basking light. Holds heat well for the basking light and gives them a great texture surface if they need to scratch an itch. Getting another one for my other bearded dragon. Very happy with it and such a good size for that price too. In store you'd pay twice this price.

This 'medium' piece is HUGE! A truly BEAUTIFUL piece of Cork Bark! Much larger than described and it a sturdy tunnel. This is an astounding deal for the price. Shipped/arrived faster than expected! I highly recommend this product!!!

So I'm trying to finish off a terrarium build and needed some pieces. This turned out to be the cheapest way to get big pieces I could find. They are really nice and large pieces. Each piece was packed in it's own thick plastic bag. The only thing that was a bit of a draw back, is that some of the ones I ordered were a bit more curved that what I could use directly on a flat surface. But breaking it into nice big chunks, and a little trimming down with a saw made them work great!! I actually ended up with more than I needed, which is awesome.

The piece in the photo is only a little more than half of the flat I received. I steamed it and was able to (VERY) carefully bend it lengthwise to separate it at a "seam" in the bark (so I wouldn't have a cut mark). Worked out really well and both chunks still look natural on the edge where I separated them. Hanging on to the smaller piece for another mount! The larger piece is now home to my baby Dendrobium Kingianum orchids : ). I got the medium & it was easily 12" wide x a bit more than that in length. Very happy with my purchase!

This was large enough that I could cut it in two pieces for a basking platform AND a ramp. It's perfect for my BIG girl turtle... Thank you so much!!UPDATE: I upgraded her tank and got her a 125 gallon and I'm ordering two more of these. They are definitely great for turtle basking, especially if t you have a big turtle.. !! The only thing I had to be careful of is the angle of the ramp and not get it too steep due to her size. Without her back legs gripping something, she would flip. This is really great for her and I thank you very much...

I ordered a couple of pieces for mounting some orchids, and they were definitely at the upper end of the listed range of size; big enough that I just cut one in half to mount both orchids and saved the rest for future projects. The cork is good and thick, you don't need to worry about it cracking or breaking easily; I had to use a small saw to cut it. You can also staple into it if that's how you like to do your mounts, though I tied around it.Some other reviews complained about packing, but it arrived in a massive box surrounded by packing material and in very good condition, so maybe they've learned a few lessons.

Real nice chunky piece of cork bark. Lighter in color (which I like) than the Zoo Med cork pieces I see in pet stores. Very clean too. I'm very happy with it. I got the medium sized piece and it ran on the larger side of the size spectrum described.
