Is as advertised
This cheap part fixed my shops air compressor motor saving me hundreds of dollars and it took a lot less work to replace this part than it would have to replace the entire motor.

Dangerous, not rated for listed voltage
Burned up two of these thinking the first one was faulty. Bought it to use with a Harbor Freight 2HP Dust Collector, original capacitor was also rated 250VAC/150uF and this capacitor burned up immediately, as did the replacement. Ended up going with a different model.
