Comfortable and effective
I have to warm the collar for a minute. It stays warm for quite a while. The lavender smell is nice. Very comfortable to wear. Good at soothing sore muscles.

Bought for my husband who had severe neck problems. His old neck heating pad came apart so this was a replacement. The original one lasted 2 years and was no longer in stock so we are trying this one. It is soft and comfortable. Feels like wet heat and smells like lavender. So far he likes it fine.

Great coverage.
This is excellent for relaxing neck muscles. The raised part offers more coverage than a lot of similar products. The purple color is nice too. Very comfortable.
