It helped relieve my fatigue, kept me going for several more hours and didn't affect my sleep like caffeine does for me.

I made the mistake of assuming it was carbonated and unfortunately this product has a very unpleasant flavor and mouthfeel.

These drinks really gave me an energy boost, and I probably would drink them again. I just wasn't a big fan of the red flavor. (But I tend to veer away from red/cherry flavors!) If they added a new flavor, I'd be willing to try again.

I felt no energy from consuming this product, but it may be one of those things that if you are already on a Keto diet (which I am not) that for those people this product will give them a rush of energy that I did not get. So this is not for me - that’s all I am saying. It may very well help other dietary groups.

I purchased as I thought it was an energy drink but if it was it wasn’t noticeable. Not the best in flavor but drinkable. Will not purchase again.

This sugar free, caffeine free beverage is exactly what I was looking for. It's delicious.

Being a pre-diabetic, I am always afraid to try new products for fear of the side effects. I am happy to say, this product was true to its words. No jitters, no cravings, no side effects, it allowed me to stay focused on the day. The flavoring is light and since it is not carbonated, it is easy to drink. Awesome!

This stuff is terrible, I can't drink it without feeling that it is very artificial and unhealthy. Even after mixing it with some fruit juice and although it helped, I cannot recommend this product, I am sorry I spent the money
