Desert Gardens Chive & Garlic Dip Mix (Pack of 4)

I ordered this because we've been unable to find Knorr dill dip (our former go-to) or any brand of dill dip in the stores around us. This dip is addicting and is what we'd always hoped to find in a dill dip. And no weird ingredients or chemicals. After eating this, we may never use another brand.

I have loved this Chipotle Chile Dip for years. I used to get it when I lived in NM, but since moving away I had forgotten it. As things go on the internet, I was following a rabbit trail, only to have Desert Gardens cross my path. I ordered a pack of 4.It's a super easy dip to make. I mix with sour cream, that's it. It's best the next day, which allows the dried chipotle's to soften. It is spicy, in the best way. I enjoy the spicy salty creamy combo. Great on a potato, or with chips. Be careful though, you will smell like garlic and chile for the rest of the day.

We found this seasoning in a local shop when we lived in Tucson. We stocked up on it before we moved out of the state, and when we ran out of the last pack, ultimately we went searching for it online instead of for a replacement. So glad it's available on Amazon! It has just the right amount of kick without being incredibly spicy, but at the same time has an immense amount of flavor -- not always a guarantee for a mild spice mix. We add it to enchiladas, and recently used it for taco meat.

First in spanish is "pozole" with "z" no with "s". Besides that the flavor is correct but it is very spicy (I say this for people that don't like spicy at all). This product is an easy way to cook spicy pozole, the instructions are NOT clear but well I'm mexican, I know how to work with it. I added more oregano and bay leaves for more flavor.

When I'm in New Mexico, I eat green chile on EVERYTHING. I love that ABQ flavor. I live in North Texas. Believe it or not, it's hard to find green chile here. Last time I was in ABQ, I picked up some green chile dip mix from a Christmas store in Old Town. I made short work of it when I got back home. I was delighted to find this mix on Amazon. I order it all the time. It always brings back memories of my New Mexico trips.

I LOVE New Mexico Chile enchilada sauce but haven’t been able to find a good one to make at home. This one is AMAZING! A little spice to it, but not what I would call “hot”.Easy to prepare, mix with 16 ounces cold water on the stove top.The first time I made it, it was a little too thin, so the second time I made it, I added approximately a teaspoon of flour when I first starting cooking it & it was perfect!Everything I have tried from Desert Gardens has been amazing!

I just received this yesterday, and I used a packet of it today to roast a large port butt roast. This was one of the best pork roasts ever using this product. I kept adding water throughout the day and cooked the pork roast for about 7 or 8 hours. I would highly recommend this product if you love southwestern flavor. I will definitely buy this product again. Love this flavor.

Love this! My BF originally picked this up from an airport in az when he was on a business trip. We loved it so much we ordered more! It’s prefect to have on hand to make as a last minute dip (and it’s always a crowd pleaser!). We will for sure be buying more in the future!
