Fits but might need some adjustment
I suspect it's because of a redesign, but it doesn't exactly line up like the ones on the WJ. It fits, but it isn't that flush and there seems to be a gap of sorts which wasn't present with the originals. Had the mechanic work it out though with some hardware and it now fits and works just fine. Maybe something to consider, but otherwise, still a great replacement for the quality and price, plus it's greasable with the zerk fittings.

Great price
I got these for my 2000 cherokee. They fit perfect and installed with little effort. The price on these are outstanding considering at an auto store there close to 100$ a piece. They are authentic moog parts..Ive installed enough moog products i can tell the fake from real. These are very well made and are greaseable

It fits 2014 rubicon jk
I swapped the jk axles under my xj and the old ball joints gotta go. I was skeptical of these at first but I looked on moog website and they said it’s normal to have that space between the knuckle and the “c”. Its just their new design I guess, drove it around 25k miles on road and off road and still great no death wobbles.

Fit a 98’ ZJ 5.9.…
Fit a 98’ ZJ 5.9. Very hard to find proper parts for it because it has a lot of one off stuff used in other cars so you have to track it down through parts from other things like xj’s and such but these work. Gonna drop this same review on the lower ball joint listing as well.

As advertised.....so far!
Arrived on time, good packaging, good instructions. Look like quality products. They were not as tight as I expected new ones to be but it corrected my issue and my jk drives great again. Time will tell how they hold up.

Good quality ball joint
Seem like a good quality ball joint. Bottom being greasable you have to orient the joint in the proper position to be able to grease in the future. Didn't like the fact that I'll have to buy a different grease gun as it isn't a normal zerk fitting. It's a little flat head fitting.

do not buy, absolute junk
Never usually write reviews, good or bad. Just wanted to warn people so you don't go through the same thing.Moog quality has declined so bad that I ended up putting the old ball joints back in as they were a better fit.Used a ball joint press to remove and re-install old joints, the new problem solver Moog joints could be fully seated by hand.....Measured old and new joints with Vernier caliper, new Moog joints were a couple thousand of an inch smaller in diameter hence the bad fit... Again DON'T buy....

Works just like advertised

Junk
Stud taper is incorrect. Must use 2 1/2” washers to engage cotter pin properly to castellated nut, but even then body will pop out of boss when greased. Joint also falls into place. No need for a installation press. Moog’s new style stud boot is intentionally manufactured to be shorter, leaving a large portion of stud exposed, which will result in corrosion. Who would like driving around with rusty ball joints? I am an Interprovincially Certified HDEM Red Seal Mechanic of 42 years, and I deem these to be unsafe for the road.
