These poles were great and just what I needed. Helped give my backyard a very warm and inviting appeal. Guests loved the way the string lights ran around my backyard. Easy to install and plenty of height to walk under the hanging lights. I ended up using 2 poles and ran them from one building to another with one pole in between. Perfect! Would buy again!

The poles were a good price and do the job. However they aren’t the sturdiest and do bend in if not put in the ground just right once lights are put on. They definitely keep the lights up and have held up well in the crazy wind and weather.

These poles work really well. They are simple to use. The assembly is easy and straight forward. They provide all the hardware required for installation. You may want to use stronger screws or even sturdier U-brackets as these are super flimsy. They can help support the poles if inserted inserted into the ground. IF you are going to just use the brackets i just getting sturdier ones.The height of the poles are great.Would buy this again if needed to.

I was excited to find some light poles that were easy to install, and they are that. When you first open the package, you see that they’re supposed to be attached to a fence rather than freestanding like the photos show. We needed them freestanding… if they would attach to a fence we would have just done that and not needed poles in the first place.I gave them a shot anyway, but we need the lights to be taut so no one would hit their heads and they’re bent so far over that it feels like a strong wind would knock them over. I’m leaving them for today but will unfortunately need to return, it seems.If you’re ok with the lights having a lot of slack — which with a 10’ pole would leave people hitting their heads — these could be a good fit. Otherwise, they aren’t strong enough for the job they’re advertised to do.
