Fun but a little overpriced.
The nicest thing about this kit is how easy it is to send to someone as a care package. It's a great way of letting your college student know that you care. It's small enough that it won't take over their dorm room. This has a great variety of things which could be worth the cost. However, the pringles were broken and the cookies had a bunch of crumbs. The packages are small so a hungry teenager will demolish the whole box in a day, maybe two.

Everything's useful and sure to bring a smile
As a Vine Voice, I'm not allowed to give product away, to a college student or anyone else. But I've been a college student and a camper at summer camp, and a camp counselor, and mentors to same ... so I definitely know how grateful a child can be when a thoughtful care package shows up. (And truth be told, when I ordered this my wife was out of state caring for a family member for a month and having a care package from Amazon was pretty timely for me just right now, too! -- Big smile!!)The good parts are that everything in the box is imminently snackable. A few packs of cookies, a few packs of popcorn, some little candies, some crackers and granola bars... Whatever your mood right now, there's a snack to fill the need. And with something like 50 pieces, it's going to last a little while. Not quite as good, the packaging is plain vanilla, and in my case the inner box was a little crushed before arrival, and I noticed that two of my packs of cookies were subsequently pulverized - all crumbs on the inside. This is curious because the main external shipping box was completely intact - that's a quality control opportunity at the vendor and I'm not docking them a star for it but I hope they address it.If you have it shipped directly to someone, there's a little note on the inside from the vendor that makes it look like someone cared enough to thoughtfully prepare the contents. If you give it to someone in person, you just might want to think about alternate packaging to improve the presentation if you care about that kind of thing .... on the other hand, I'm also not wanting to squander pennies on upgraded packaging that'll just get thrown away. So another opportunity for the vendor - the next time you order boxes for this package, consider just printing something simple and happy on the outside so it doesn't look so plain, because I was surprised when the contents were all just chucked into the very plain brown box.As advertised and again, recipients will surely respond with a big smile!

Disappointing gift presentation
This assortment was a bit of a letdown. From the listing and at this price point, I was expecting a premium gift set that would be perfect to dispatch to a college student or friend in need of a bit of a pick-me-up. It does serve that purpose, but premium is definitely not a word I'd choose to describe the unboxing experience: it's presented in ordinary cardboard and the only nod to it being a gift assortment is an advertisement card for the vendor tossed haphazardly inside. As it's sealed with packing tape and not a clamshell lid, the presentation container isn't suitable for reuse as storage - I was expecting something like a hinged-lid 'briefcase' of snacks. The snacks inside are all fresh and familiar, and are chosen to be crowd pleasing. I did feel like the quantity was just a little bit light for the price, and only one copy of many of the snacks was included; only one microwave popcorn, Cheez-It bag, or Goldfish bag felt pretty stingy. "50 units" are included, but unfortunately this is punched up with many copies of cheap candy: 6 assorted Starburst/Skittles and 5 Charms Mini-Pops barely count as snack fuel. There also aren't any fancy items inside: it's all very basic vending machine staples. Certainly, many college students would be most excited about familiar items, but if your recipient has any dietary restrictions or preferences, this might not be the right fit for them. A couple fancy snacks to balance out the familiar favorites would have really amped this up for me, giving your gift recipient the thrill of a fancy holiday gift basket while still supplying them with familiar favorites, too.If someone sent me this as a gift, I wouldn't be angry at it - it's a really thoughtful gift and would certainly fuel a few late night study sessions, and I'd think the gesture was very thoughtful. But I think it doesn't deliver on the value proposition from the product listing. Mostly, it made me think that it's possible to take this great idea and implement it much better, with a box that is joyful to open and an assortment that feels more plentiful and doesn't make you hesitant to open your only bag of your favorite snack.

Lots of different things
I love snack boxes. When you don't know exactly what you want, but have the munchies, or need to grab something quick on your way out the door. There's enough variety you don't get sick of anything before the box is empty. And there's a good mix of salty/sweet/sour, breakfast/healthy/candy/cookies/crackers.

Excellent Snack Box
This is actually a really good snack box with the perfect selection of snacks. I think the only thing I would want swapped out were the strawberry filling cookies, which is only a single bag, as otherwise everything else was great. Probably my favorite part were the assortment of sweet good but also some healthier things like peanuts. This is a really good value and delivered over the warmer part of the year, I found everything lasted well.

Send em off right with this box of snacks!
These Bussin boxes arrive quickly and are always fresh. The boxes come with a large range of sweet to salty to chewy. It's seriously so good to get these as they come with a lot of items for the smaller price you pay. You can't really get the variety of items at the cost these come in delivered to your door. Nothing comes broken, and you can clearly tell the package person puts them in there with care. If you are sending off a college student these are for them.
