I used this a few times already. A little goes a long way but it really helps my hair since I have a lot of damage from heat styling. It doesn’t have a strong scent and I just noticed my hair considerably stronger. For me that met less fall out and more hydrated hair.

I think It works pretty good. The only think I don't like too much is the smell. It kind of smells like a men's cologne. It's not a real strong smell though.
