This really sticks if you clean the area rite

Works great but almost was not enough

I would like proper plastic moldings for my car but they're crazy expensive and I'm not comfortable drilling holes. This product seemed like a good alternative. This was my first time using such a product and there was a bit of a learning curve. Consequently my fourth wheel well looks a lot better than my first, but I'm still overall happy with the result.My first thought was that working in small sections would be easier, so I cut a piece that would fit between the seams of my front well. Don't do that, it's a mistake. Every time you cut this you risk getting an uneven edge (plus it's not easy measuring a curved length), and it turns out it's just as easy working with the whole roll at once (like in the product page video). Plus pulling off the adhesive strip protector is a little tricky. If you work the roll all together you only need to pull it off once. It is more foam than rubber, but that actually makes it very easy to work with and to form around curves. The adhesive is also very forgiving, so it's easy to pull off and reposition if you need to.Once I figured out how easy it was to work with the whole roll, the entire process took me maybe 20 minutes. It looks great from a distance (close up you can see my mistakes, but c'est la vie). I had enough left over to do another half a well too. I'll update on how long it stays stuck to my car. (I didn't use the provided double-sided tape, just what is on the back of the product.) If I ever need to do it again, I feel more confident after doing it once and learning the mistakes to avoid.(I guess the keyword for my review is "easy," because it was!)

Was impressed with the product UNTIL I got to the middle of the roll. After that, the finish was marred with black streaks as if the rubber had been melted in spots. made the rest of the roll unusable. Would have been perfect otherwise because it sticks securely and goes on easily taking the curves of the wheel well with no problem. As it was, half of my purchase went in the trash.

This is more of a foam strip. You can basically buy it at Home Depot in the door section to seal your house door air tight. I would not recommend putting this on your vehicle as it looks cheesy and will rip easily. There no way this would last in the sun. This is not rubber, it’s not durable, it’s straight up junk to put on a vehicle. I won’t even stick this on my 98 corolla. False advertising, waste of money!

Changed the look of my car instantly!This was easy to apply, simply peel the stick on tape and gently roll around outer wheel area without pulling to much or applying any pressure.The material is fantastic, looks like plastic but it's a rigid foam - I rather have the foam than the plastic because it allowed for easy molding around oute wheel area.I installed this at the start of the summer and so far it's held up very well with no issues or pealing. The end of the summer is nearing and again no issues at all.What you get is enough for you to complete all 4 wheels but make sure to clean the area with wipes before installation. When cleaning simply wipe or take to your local carwash with no issues.What I like about this is that in the event it does go bad I can easily replace but it looks damn good as you can see.Good value for the money spent!

Have to admit, wasn't expecting the adhesive tape to work at all. Even bought pop rivets to use when it didn't.Well, color me stupid. The tape on this is absolutely awesome. Which means you only get one chance at putting it on.I used it on the side of my rv after taking off damaged trim. Went on super easy and hasn't peeled at all. But, you only get one chance to put it on, super sticky
