Cannot hold hanging file folders!
I rarely write reviews, however, this product is so ineffective, I had to speak up. The entire purpose of this product is to hold letter/size hanging file folders for easy access. The “track” on which the folder supports are supposed to glide on is so thin, the slightest touch has all the folders falling off. Forget trying to sort through or file anything; you have to keep re-setting the folders. I strongly recommend NOT buying this product for the purpose of holding hanging file folders.

False advertisement
Item states zero assembly so I got it for my elderly parents; however, item arrived in pieces with a small screwdriver and screws, etc to assemble.
