lo intale y no lo reconoce, recibi soporte por parte de HP me dieron que actualizara el firmware y siguio sin reconocerlo, no pude usarlo, quiuse hacer una devolicion y no me contesto el vendedor

I ordered this replacement print head for my printer that I know still works. I have a secondary printer identical to the one that the print head failed. I replaced it with that print head and determined that the printer still works, but it needs a new print head. It arrived late due to some storms which was not a big deal. When it did arrive, it came in a paper package and not in a box. Something like this needs to be packaged securely in a box with packing material. It was rattling as if it was broken on the inside. I installed it on both of my printers (the bad one first) and it instantly give me a “print head missing or failed” error message on both printers. I submitted a request for a refund and it is supposed to be picked up today. I read the reviews from the seller and I decided to just get a refund.

Fonctionne pas hp 7740 et la boite qui protègeais la pieces est toute brisé.

J'aurai aimé retourner ce produit mais les frais de retour par la poste presque 30€ port un achat payé en 50. en direction de la Chine, seule solution de retour !
