Basic but works quite well for an improvised version of cable crossovers. Quality seems good and sturdy enough to handle plenty of weight.

Attention to detail required
Ten seconds of Quality Control would establish that the larger of the shackles provided does NOT fit the weights pin. Other than that it works ok.

Sistema semplice ma efficace, con 2 cavi e 2 carrucole fissate in alto e in basso si ottengono cavi alti e bassi facilmente scambiabili. Il perno per i pesi è più sottile del previsto ma alla fine fa il suo e i cavi scorrono bene. Per quel che costa è un'ottima aggiunta alla mia home Gym
