Just as good as the prescription patches…
My insurance decided they didn’t want to pay for the prescription strength 5% patches so I decided to try these. They work beautifully and are exactly like the prescription patches. I don’t even miss the 1%. There is no smell, the stickiness is just right and lasts until you decide to peel it off, and I haven’t had any skin irritation at all.

Helps with pain
Great on thighs and shoulder blades. Numbs the pain. Works for 8-10 hrs.

Value for money
Does not stick as well as Salonpas, not as saturated with the goo. Lower back placed patches do not adhere well. Areas that clothing doesn’t cause friction like shoulder blade work fine. Pain wise, it helps.

Saved my feet!
I've never used any pain patches like these, but they saved my feet and made it possible to go to Disneyland. I have neuromas, which can be super painful even for ordinary walking. It even helped my recent heel pain issue. I much preferred these gel patches to the salonpas, as I think there's more long lasting pain relief in the gel. Plus a tiny bit of cushion doesn't hurt!I cut them to size and held in place with K tape. Large band aides help, but they still shifted with regular walking, so kinesiology tape is better - it's basically tough flexible fabric bandaid material. Again cut to size as needed. I had a few days before my trip to try out options, which I'd recommend

Best adhesion on the market
The first few patches did not work well (user error). After using the entire box I have to edit my original review. Nerve pain relief was less than my prescription 5% lidocaine BUT the adhesive was great. The best adhesion of all the non prescription patches I have tried (Amazon, Asper Cream, Salonpas). They stay where placed. I use 2 daily on my lower back for nerve pain. Prescription 5% patches are non existent now and only gel available. I have to use both. My alternatives are nerve ablation or maybe surgery and not doing that again.

gel tends to separate from patch in small pieces
It seems to help a bit with my lower back pain, but the adhesive/gel seems to roll up on my lower back and separate from the patch, creating gummy and tacky little balls that seem inferior to other patches I've used that don't do that.

The Pain Relief Patch!
Great product. Family members are enjoying the relief they are in getting in their knees & back. It adheres to skin well without causing skin irritation! ✨️

Love it, just don't leave on too long
I really needed this to soothe my back ache And it is really good The only thing is when I stick the patch sometimes it irritates my skin But it's a fair trade off to relieve my back ache Just a little cortisone gets rid of the rash underneath Don't keep it more than three to 4 hours because extended use can Irritate your skin really bad
