Gable vents of various sizes used to be common at big box hardware stores near me, but no more. These are solidly constructed, tightly screened, nicely finished, and look good. You might need some weatherstrip, silicone, and mounting screws depending on your installation but those are no Bee-Eff-D and not a fault with the product. Definitely recommend.

I like the vents. If I had it to do over again, I would choose the next size up. Although nice looking, I think they look a little too small for my shed. Nice quality.

I ordered two of these vent for a 14’ x 16’ barn/shed that I am building. Quality of materials and the powder coat finish looks good and uniform. This vent is supposed to be attached to your siding with some sort of construction adhesive but I am going to drill the frame to screw it to my gable siding. The color and the all aluminum design with the built in screen was what I was looking for and this item hits all my expectations. Price was cheaper than ordering from the box stores and the size is close to advertised.Outside dimensions are 11-3/4” x 17-1/2”Inside dimensions are 10-1/8” x 15-5/8.”Of course this is what the ones I received measured. I wouldn’t cut a hole in your siding unless you have it in hand or have done your own due-diligence.If I have any issues I with these vents in the future I will alter my rating, but from what I see I do not believe I will have any issues.

Looks good as installed on the back of our shed to add some air flow. I like the screen to prevent bugs from coming in. Just installed so we'll see if it holds up.

I planned to make my own vent. I am glad I bought this instead. Just cut the wall the correct dimensions, add adhesive calk, insert, done. Great design, should outlast the house.

Had the exterior of my 30+ yr old shed rebuilt after lots of wood rot. Decided not to reinstall the old glass louvre windows so ordered these vents. They were just installed and look great against the black shed. It doesn't come with screws so the hole was cut tight and vents are secured by silicone on the inside and outside. Looks great and will allow airflow. (Kept the old louvre windows, just in case I decide to use them in the future)

Put this in the door of my shipping container. Drilled holes around the flange and used self tapping screws to install.

Used for an access door for airflow in warm month, works well so far, see how long the finish holds up.
