Yes it's fine. It's especially good for skin that is sensitive to the sun & helps prevent prickly heat.You still need to use a high SPF though!

Q: Can I use this twice a day morning and evening after both showers

Yes, there is no reason why you cannot or should not use this twice a day. Especially if you are preparing your skin for a holiday and want a good sun tan.You can also use it whilst on holiday as an after sun. This is not sun protection so if used in the day in a hot country you will need additional sun protection. I highly recommend ultra sun.

People saying theyve been using this for a few months or more must not be applying to full body & face.

Q: Will this give you a tan when you haven't been out in the sun ?

No it doesn’t tan you it conditions the skin to help you tan easier without the sun burning you. You need to use it very day for about 4/6 weeks before you go on holiday to the sun. I found it really helped my skin to tan without burning when I went to the Caribbean, but you still need to use sun screen.
