Great posts for single wire electric fence. Used with cattle
Bends at the corners without breaking! Unlike some box store brands. Highly recommend. We use for herd of wire broke adult cattle. For the calves- you need the posts that allow a 2nd wire to be strung. Although, I’d the calf wanders under, it’s usually only a few minutes before Mama calls her back.

Heavy and well built
This metal posts for electrical fence are heavy and well built. I like a lot the double spike which makes the installation way more easier especially now when we have so much drought this year and the soil is not really workable. For such quality posts and the amount I think it is a good deal even though at first I though they were kind of too much. I did use only with one poly wire running though its pig tail rings at the top, but I am considering to run a second poly wire lower, however there is no isolation to use an electrical wire on it as is so I will have to figure out something to attach to remedy this issue. If you are looking for something like that I would be definitely recommending this set.

Keeps in horses and goats!
It definitely helps when you have a horse and a goat pastured together and they both respect fencing. I used polywire with these very well built step in posts and they are perfect height for a 14.2 sized horse and with extra wraps with the poly wire further down the post(unattached to the electric fence of course, just wrapped for deterrent purposes) it helps to deter the knee high goat but does a great job of showing them the boundary and helping with pasture rotation as well.
