customer service was fantastic
We have a problem here in Mississippi with woodchucks enjoying the garden produce before we can harvest it, so this year, after literally losing every vegetable to a family of hungry woodchucks, we decided to grow our garden in this 26 ft. long chicken run... We laid a sidewalk of brick to set the cage on so that the woodchucks can't tunnel under and with the chicken wire, they can't get inside. Its too early to plant any crops but I have great hope for a good and fruitful garden this summer. The run is sturdy and well built, went together easily, and looks very nice out in my garden area. I am totally pleased with the product. We also ordered a 10 x 10 chicken run to use for the chickens we plan to get in the Spring. Some of the connecting pieces to the large run came damaged, and when I contacted customer service, they immediately sent me the replacement parts. They were prompt and helpful and they were determined to quickly make this right for me. I would say that the customer service was the best I have ever experienced with any of my on-line orders. So thank you, I will definitely recommend you and your products to others.

Buyer Beware Bad purchase had up a total of 4 days
Bont bother wasting your money I purchased this a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I couldn't initially put it up by ourselves it took a few friends. after getting it together in a weekend of working on it following all the instructions. we had it up in our backyard against the garage and after the first weekend of it being up, all of the pins and the entire kennel blew all the way across my yard and before getting tangled in our fence. it i completely broken and trashed, all of the joints split and two of the crossbeams completely snapped in half. there have got to be better cost effective user friendly options that will actually stay put thankfully none of our animals were inside when this took place they would have been seriously injured

It does its job.
I waited a full season before reviewing this thing. I bought in Dec 2023 and put up to protect my birds within their yard from neighboring dogs. It does that job. The chicken wire is cheap but work for me since it’s behind a fence. Door latch sucks. I barely have it latched. It keeps the birds in but something I need to replace once I replace the chicken wire with hardware cloth. It has done its job. Easy to put together. I do wish it was taller overall.

Perfect for hawk protection
I don’t normally do reviews but for this item I had to come back and provide positive feedback. We were having trouble with hawks attacking our free ranging chickens and needed a way to extend their protected run area while providing aerial protection. This works perfectly!! Well worth the money! The instructions were great and everything was labeled well. All of the tools you need are included. The scissors included are fabulous and I’m using them around my barn now for other tasks! There is plenty of mesh and zip ties included to complete the job. Best as a 2 person job just to help get the mesh in place and attach the upper level bars. NOTE: this is not designed to provide complete predator protection and I would not rely on this as anything but shade and overhead predator protection without significant reinforcements. This is not chain link or suitable for a dog kennel as some people suggested. Our birds go into well protected coops at night and have a secondary perimeter fence around their yard when they are free ranging or inside of this run extension. Some people mentioned the ends of the tubes were bent - easy fix, a pair of pliers can bend the ends back open if the ends can’t slide together. We had to tweak a couple but nothing serious. I already witnessed one failed hawk attack as a result of having this new run and I feel much better about being able to let my chickens out to stretch their legs when I’m not able to be around.

Sturdy and Spacious
As an avid chicken keeper, I am always on the lookout for quality housing solutions to improve the safety of my feathered friends. After trying out various coops over the years, I recently decided to invest in a Metal Chicken Coop to enclose my wood coop so I can give them further safety and freedom. All my comments are done taking into consideration the price point. The construction of this coop is good. The metal frame provides a sturdy enough structure that can withstand the elements while keeping my chickens safe from predators. You will need to reinforce it a little bit but it's nothing that will give you too much trouble. It does have ample space. With room for 6-10 chickens, my flock has plenty of room to roam and stretch their wings. The cover provides shade and protection from the sun, rain, and snow, allowing my chickens to enjoy the outdoors in any weather. In terms of assembly, the instructions could have been better but it was nothing that a little brainpower couldn't take care of. In just a few hours with a little help we had safe chickens in our yard. The only remaining question is: Will it last? Only time will tell, but if there is something that I discover down the line that needs to be mentioned I will come back and update it to reflect it.
