I'm autistic in the back of my head is very sensitive so although it does help my neck it is a sensory issue for me. That does help me pop my neck though like the way a chiropractor does. I've been having not to the back of my head for quite some time and it helped me pop right where I needed it to. I know that's not the function of this. But I think of it as a bonus. My doctor told me that my neck is backwards and that's likely why I have such bad headaches. It did help alleviate those headaches at least for a time. It's comfy until it hurts. If it was slightly softer, then maybe I could just sleep with it. It relieved my neck for a few days before I had to use it again. My mom has been using it too cuz she has the same problem with her neck. I'm giving it five stars despite it being hard as a rock because it's doing what it's supposed to do regardless of how hard it is.

Not super comfortable to lay on but my neck feels good after. Been spending around 20 minutes per day on it and I feel good for hours.

Works as intended

at first i really loved this and then the next day i was suffering from lower back pain, yes i followed the instructions on how to ease in. Its also really hard to line up correctly as well because i barely ever feel the pressure points. I end up squirming all around trying to see if i can get it. After im done when i lay flat on the ground my back and neck crack like they were moved out of place. I really want to like it but it was a fail for me.

For me personally, I did not feel any stretch.

Helps with the neck pain I get and has also been helping with my tech neck. Less neck pain and my posture has been improving!

I really like using this device for my sore neck. It feels like it helps in repairing a misalignment while allowing me to rest in place. As a yoga person, it think would be a great addition to the Shavasana pose at the end of class, providing a bit of neck relief while relaxing.
