Q: Will it stick to Textured wall?

No it'll have to be a clean flat surface.

Q: If these wall photos come as a single roll needing to be cut into vertical panels, does it matter how wide you make the vertical panels?

They are precut panels. Very easy to hang but DO NOT let it touch itself after you peel the backing down. It is almost IMPOSSIBLE to separate without damage. The directions are really clear to follow. And it really IS removable and adjustable as you hang it !

Q: The size doesn't fill my wall. Does it look ugly if leaving a blank area on the wall?

I think that's a matter of personal taste. My sister's canvas was slightly smaller and she painted the remainder space with a matching color to remedy that issue.

Q: can they be installed on glass?

I believe you could put it on glass, but it is very thick and light would not come through
