Yes it does...'82 - '93. however this us just the updated info & changes made through the years. You'll also need th original blue book for the in depth overhaul... This is why people posted bad reviews, they were oblivious to the fact you need BOTH manuals.

This is an update manual not an over haul manual just an update manual. ATSG does have an over haul manual available for this year vehicle.

This update book will apply to a 1991 700R4. This however is an update book not an over haul manual. Keep that in mind.
