Really like the idea of these - useful, simple and easy to use. I bought four, meaning to keep one, pass one to my daughter (who loves different teas) and give two as small gifts to friends. I will (still?) probably buy more as small gifts for Christmas. Of the four I bought TWO were bashed in on the mesh part. I appear to be able to use them, but there is no easy way to rectify this or push the bashed-in mesh outwards owing to the design, so I am very disappointed. I cannot be doing with sending things back because getting to a post office etc is not easy for me. A response from the seller would be good, but I shall not hold my breath. They've got my money, now.

2/10 for the one I ordered. Poor quality! Sharp edge. It came bent and it was picked on straight away by the person I presented it with. Not nice!!! It amount of tea that fits into the space is ok for a small tea- not a nornal size mug. Not impressed by it!

The holes are a little big for some of the loose teas I use, so some leaves do end up in the cup. It is easy to use.

I can’t believe I’ve only just found this product as somebody who drinks a lot of decaffeinated looseleaf, flavoured teas.Very easy to use, very easy to clean, just all-round super efficient product really, really happy with it!Bravo!

I drink a lot of herbal tea and this infuser is very handy for loose leaf tea in an individual cup. It seems to be of good quality.
