Wooden Hangboard
The media could not be loaded. It was largely for indoor training sessions that I used this tool, and it has since become an essential component of my climbing routine on a daily basis. Because of the hangboard's wooden design, my hands have a nice and natural feel to them, which helps to reduce the amount of pain I experience during lengthy exercises. With the meticulously created grips, I am able to target certain muscle groups and work on my general finger strength with accuracy. The holds give me a range of grip positions, which allows me great flexibility. My exercises are made more dynamic by the addition of the suspension training feature, which, in addition to taxing my core and upper body, engages not only my fingers but also my fingertips. Climbers who are interested in constructing a thorough, strong foundation will find it to be a perfect option due to its multipurpose abilities. The holds are designed to be progressively more challenging, which allows for a steady escalation in intensity and makes them suitable for climbers of varying ability levels. In addition, the fact that the hangboard is portable makes it simple to put up in a variety of settings, whether I'm rock climbing in my own home gym or at a bouldering place outside.

Great addition to my home gym
I was looking for a pullup bar to add to my home gym and came across this. Im a huge fan of grip strength, so it made sense to try it out. So glad i got it! All of the grips feel nice and sturdy, and the bar doesnt dig into the hands when i go for just pullups.Im also a 220lb guy, and this thing shows no signs of warping or breakage after about 2 weeks of use, so Im very pleased with it. Highly recommend!

Versatile, light weight, nicely sanded. Carabiners are of low quality.
Pros:1) Nicely sanded. I didn't feel many rough regions and none that can give splinters.2) It's versatile. I like that you can use it not just as a hang board but also to do suspension training of both lower and upper body.3) It's light weight so it's fairly easy to carry. You can easily pack it in a car to take outdoors as well.Cons:1) I feel like the edges of some regions are not rounded enough. If you're beginning finger strength exercises, you will likely need to begin with your whole hand. In these circumstances, it can be uncomfortable because some edges are not rounded enough. If you're using only finger strength then this won't be an issue for you.2) The long strap is good for versatility but it's soooo long and without a real mechanism to keep it tidy that it can easily get in the way. In my case, I used my own straps because the long one was too much of a bother to carry around.3) No carrying case of pouch for the straps so if you lose them, you're out of luck if you don't have any others.4) The carabiners that come with this set are sad. It's tough to open the gate, feels clunky and they're small. Probably best to use your own carabiners if you have them. In the images above, I used all different carabiners. The ones in this set are just not worth it.Overall 4.0/5.0:I like that it's versatile and light weight. The product can be improved with better rounding of edges, better carabiners and a better way to manage the long strap. If you have your own straps and carabiners then no need to worry. If you're beginning climbing, I suggest you purchase another one that will be more comfortable for your hand grip at first.

Perfect for the climber in your life
I bought this as a gift for a climber friend and it's exactly what they needed. They decided to mount theirs to the wall, but it's portable enough that you could take it anywhere and hang it from any stable hard point. I'd recommend it!

Nice
I have a wall mounted hang board in my garage gym but I purchased this one to use on my lat pull down machine. Using it as a lat pull down attachment allows me to get creative with my hand positions and work on my finger strength. It also works well a suspension trainer, adding in the element of instability. I like it…thanks!

Hanging strap does not hold
The wooden grip part is fine, but the strap for hanging this thing has a weak/faulty locking mechanism and it will not hold at all. Have to use an alternative strap locking system to make this work. Can’t really use the product if you can’t hang from it. This would be a 5-star rating if the strap was any good.

Very nice...
The media could not be loaded. Wonderful set that can be used in so many different ways to help build and strengthen the muscles used in climbing. The wood is smooth, and it comes with straps to hang and an AMAZING booklet that tells you how to use, which exercises build which muscle groups, and how just hanging it a bit different or changing your stance can work different muscle groups. This one tool allows you to work everything right down to your fingertips. Doesn't take up much space, and no electricity needed.

Decent hangboard instrutions are lacking though
The hang board is decent, but the setup instructions are lacking so it's not really super clear how all the straps work together.
