Great product

I already had a thermal printer but I could only print one page at a time for some reason. I was amazed at how easy it was to set this one up. It actually prints multiple pages at once with one click. What a time saver. The print quality is excellent. This is a great little printer.

Great size easy to set but not Bluetooth. Return it. I love wireless items. To many wires get in the way and to have your laptop connected to it. No for me, I like to be free of wires.

There’s a whole lot to like about this small, quick thermal printer. First, this printer is super small and barely takes up any space. It is also super easy to load. It prints very quickly; labels printed within mere seconds and with little delay once you hit print. The fanfold labels I used loaded right up, and they never jammed or went off track.While there are tons of pluses, there were a few small hiccups to keep in mind. First, it did take a bit of time finagling the settings to get every label to print consistently dark enough. Oftentimes, parts of a label wouldn’t be clear, and I had to spend a bit of time figuring out the right settings. Once right though, it worked perfectly every time after.I do wish that you could print on it directly from your phone as that would really set it apart, but I didn’t see any options other than through Windows or Mac. Also, it isn’t wireless, so it does have to be connected directly to your computer. However, it’s so small that it isn’t that huge of a deal.Overall, it’s very well made and works well. There’s a little bit of set up, but it doesn’t require an advanced knowledge of tech to figure out.

When setting it up, I couldn’t print without downloading sketchy software which didn’t work on the computer I was using. In addition, the files kept repeating their download cycle. If you can avoid buying this product please do!
