Bought in May 2019. Never used, but the battery protector has been pulled and the unit active. We just never use this item. It is actually just sitting in a drawer.

Works as a Keypad
This is a remote Keypad. It works fine. You need to be disciplined to either have a mobile app or press the key to find out he alarm state. But I guess this gives better battery life. Time will tell

Useful and wireless keypad
Works well. Only drawback is that back panel is not back lit so as to conserve the battery so if fumbling in the dark you need to know where the buttons are, something (at least to me) not immediately obvious. I'd personally go for the FOB which is easy to carry and easier to use.

The keypad is one of the more expensive add-ons, but is useful to install in the garage or entry way for easy alarm status changes.
