Very nice coffee
This was a good coffee, I can't rave about it. I don't know if loosing my sense of smell has affected my taste, but I do normally drink a strong coffee with chicory and will probably go back to that for now. I would very much like to buy organic coffee that has been tested and has no mold or toxins but since I live in the Caribbean, it is just too expensive to get it here. I have been drinking this coffee for about a month and it is good, but I am not a big coffee aficionado so it is hard for me to tell the different nuances of it. It is smooth and could be richer for me and it is a nice dark color. I may make it a bit stronger tomorrow and update this.

This is good coffee. It has a good taste similar to my favorite Folgers medium roast.

Great Mycotoxin free coffee!
A parent(I'm a teacher) told me that I needed to try this Guatemalan coffee one morning after we had been discussing mycotoxins. I have to say that this is THE BEST one that I have tried. I had bout several types and this was the best one by far! Great taste and doesn't upset my stomach.

Finally, Coffee I Can Drink Without Coughing!
I have a bad coughing reaction to most coffee brands—probably due to hidden mold—but not with this one. The Fresh Roasted Organic Mexican coffee has been a relief. No allergic reaction, no coughing fits—just smooth, clean coffee. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I mistakenly thought it was instant coffee, but it’s ground and needs to be brewed. Still, totally worth it for the peace of mind and great flavor.

Great Coffee. Mold free. Affordable.
Great coffee. I'm pretty much a walking mold detector and can verify the mold and mycotoxin free statement. I also LOVE good coffee and this brand is just under Nespresso in my favorites. If mold free is important, mold free coffees can be rather pricy and it is one of the most economical options.

Very medium flavor, I tried add more beans per serving but it always seemed watered down.
