The photos in this recipe book are really good, and it makes you want to start cooking straight away. I love the fact that it's not just the staples (butter chicken, tikka masala etc) that are covered, but also desserts and regional Indian specialities. The rexipes are simple to follow and don't require obscure ingredients, so I had nearly all I needed (except rice flour). Thoroughly recommend.
